WE ARE PROPERTY DEVELOPERS, BUILDING ACCESSIBLE AND AFFORDABLE HOMES FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES.
Our vision is to create amazing homes to support people living with a disability achieve a connected, fulfilling and independent life at home and in the community through Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). This vision has led us to build accessible and “smart” homes combining premium fixtures and fittings with accessible functionality and smart technology to cater for their specific and complex needs.
Our developments are cosy and convenient - located in close proximity to shops, amenities, transport and inclusive of ample natural light. Incorporated in the design are fit-for-purpose shared spaces such as therapy rooms and communal gardens to enhance quality of life for people living with disabilities and their families.

JOHN PALMER
With a passion for people and property, John is a Registered Builder with over 35 years building industry experience across 5 countries in both the residential and commercial sectors.
For over 10 years, John has been working with the Department of Communities & many Disability Service Providers, consulting, building and retro fitting homes in the disability sector in Western Australia.
John is committed to giving people with disabilities a better quality of life by building them a home that suits their needs.
